Cysteines | Redox Signaling | Systems & Computational Biology
We are interested in how cysteines specify redox signaling networks and also inform on protein structure to understand cancer, stem cells and aging in model systems that include cells, C. elegans and rodents. We apply technologies (proteomic, optogenetic, computational, chemical) to identifying novel regulation of signaling networks. |
